This year, we are inviting you to show off your baking skills for “Heel EMLAR Bakt” (named after the popular Dutch baking contest ‘Heel Holland Bakt’, inspired by ‘The Great British Bake Off’). Do you make the perfect chocolate chip cookies, apple pie, or banana bread? Or is there a traditional pastry from your home town or country that you would like to share at EMLAR? Bring it to our coffee & cake session on Thursday April 18th!

Use this Google sheet to let us and others know what you would like to bring and add a short description (especially if it’s a lesser-known dish). It would be nice to share a picture of the dish as well, so please add a link to a Google image/recipe website).

Here is an impression of expected dishes:

‘Arretjescake’ (traditional Dutch cake). With butter, cacao, and biscuit, mint and pistache.

Vegan chocolate tahini brownies. Delicious and healthy with sesame, honey and cacao.

Blueberry Cheesecake (vegan and glutenfree)
