Final Information

Dear participants, teachers, and speakers,

We are very excited for EMLAR 2023, starting tomorrow! We will see each other either online or at the registration desk at Kromme Nieuwegracht 80, Utrecht. Registration starts at 10:00 AM CEST.

If you are joining online, the start of EMLAR will be in the General Sessions Team, session 0. Welcome Session. Make sure that you have access to the Teams environments and that you have downloaded all materials necessary for the tutorials you will follow.

For in-person participants, the full program including locations can be found here, tutorial locations can be found here. Make sure you bring your laptop and that you charged it. Coffee and tea will be provided during the registration.

Finally, don’t forget that we have a poster session (in-person only) tomorrow at 16:15 at Trans 10. There will be someone at the entrance of the building to let you in. We will have drinks and ice cream provided!
